Our company collaborated with a certain power company from State Grid Jiangsu to conduct guided wave testing on the corrosion of transmission line steel pipe poles in Jiangsu Province. A total of over 2000 transmission line steel pipe poles were tested, and some of them were found to have severe corrosion. Among them, a total of 1219 pieces were tested in 2018, which took 113 days. During the inspection process, it was found that there were 11 defects in the steel pipe poles of the transmission line, of which 9 were internal corrosion and 2 were external corrosion. In 2019, a total of 660 steel pipe rods were inspected, lasting 79 days. During the inspection process, 8 steel pipe rods were found to have defects, of which 5 were internal corrosion and 3 were external corrosion.

In April 2016, entrusted by CNOOC Testing Company, ultrasonic guided wave testing was conducted on an important pipeline of a CNOOC South China Sea offshore platform. The testing cycle was one month, and more than 200 locations were completed. During this inspection process, corrosion was found in local pipelines.

In August 2016, a testing center of the Science Research Institute of the Ministry of Transport used our company's developed highway column burial depth detector to test the burial depth of multiple highway columns in Hubei Province. The testing cycle lasted for 4 months, and more than 20000 locations were completed. This technology does not damage the roadbed during detection, with fast detection speed and high detection accuracy.

In June 2017, there was a leakage phenomenon in the condensate gathering and transportation pipeline of a certain oil field of PetroChina. Our company was commissioned by a certain oil field to conduct regular ultrasonic guided wave monitoring of the condensate gathering and transportation pipeline with high-risk leakage. This time, 10 monitoring points were installed. Regularly collect and analyze ultrasonic guided wave monitoring data for condensate gathering and transportation pipelines every quarter, and the monitoring equipment is currently operating well.
