Powder compacting hydraulic presses are specialized equipment for forming powder materials into components of required shapes. They compact ore powder, metal powder, feed powder and other materials via molds, similar to pressing biscuits in a mold. Its maximum resolution reaches 0.1 μm, enabling capture of micrometer-scale displacement variations. Displacement data is transmitted to the control system continuously. Once displacement deviation from the set value is detected, the system immediately adjusts the pressure and speed of the hydraulic system to ensure consistent precision for every pressing cycle, thereby guaranteeing reliable operation of the powder compacting hydraulic press.
