On April 10, Tianjin Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Tianjin Pipe) held the annual conference for raw material, equipment and service suppliers. Key supplier representatives from across the country gathered together to review the cooperation history and discuss future development strategies and coordination plans. At the conference, Zhang Yabin, Legal Representative, Party Secretary and General Manager of Tianjin Pipe, spoke highly of the arc centering machine supplied by Zheda Jingyi. Capable of adapting to tube blanks of various specifications, the arc centering machine features flexibly adjustable diameter and depth of centering holes, which precisely meets the seamless steel pipe production requirements of Tianjin Pipe and provides solid support for improving product yield and guaranteeing product quality.

During the speech session for outstanding supplier representatives, Luo Fuxing, Deputy General Manager of Zheda Jingyi, delivered an address. He introduced the core product portfolio of Zheda Jingyi in the field of high-end metallurgical equipment. Apart from robotic centering machines, the main equipment also includes measuring stations, forming & bundling equipment, ultrasonic flaw detection units, milling head chamfering machines, robotic automatic screw-joint machines and others. Supported by advanced technologies and reliable performance, these products have been widely deployed at numerous domestic iron and steel enterprises, with some exported to Europe, America and the Middle East.

He further emphasized that both domestic substitution and independent innovation rely on three key supports. First, more authentic and comprehensive on-site test conditions are required to verify new technologies and products. Second, end-users are expected to show greater tolerance and patience during the R&D and iteration of new domestic products. Third, more practical commercial opportunities are needed to polish and mature domestic equipment in real production scenarios.
